Friends of the Practice
We are very grateful to have a band of volunteers who help fellow patients in a variety of ways, and occasionally meet socially themselves. The majority of jobs coming their way are lifts to and from the surgery and sometimes further afield to local hospitals and clinics. They also get involved in other surgery work such as clinics or patient surveys.
If you feel you would like to join the Friends of the Practice as a volunteer (drivers or non-drivers) please leave your name at reception or telephone the Health Visiting Team on (01202) 848981.
DONATIONS
We are often asked how individuals can make a donation to the surgery for the benefit of all patients. An equipment fund has been set up for this purpose. An example of recent purchases have included blood pressure monitors for use by patients at home.
